1. Direct Stream Architecture (No Media Hosting)
IGTools does not store, host, archive, or re-transmit copyrighted photos, videos, or audio tracks on its servers. When you download a public file, our software resolves the publicly available link and your browser downloads the asset directly from Instagram’s official Content Delivery Network (CDN).
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe your intellectual property has been referenced inappropriately, please submit a formal takedown notice to our designated agent containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The specific URL on our website you request to be blocked from resolving.
- Your contact information and statement of good faith belief.
